Carlos and his staff are very customer oriented and have a "do whatever it takes for the customer" attitude.. The day they were to install my countertops they had a devastating fire in their shop and were shutdown. This did not stop my installation as Carlos arranged to use another company's shop to get my job done that day. There was a minor issue that needed to be corrected and Carlos promised me he personally would do whatever was needed, work during the night if needed, to make the correction even though he no longer had his shop. The next day, Saturday morning, he called and he and his staff returned to make the correction. I love my countertops and highly recommend Excellence Stoneworks. I hope to use Carlos again for another project i'm planning.

The company from top to bottom was nothing short of amazing. We searched around many places to find our ideal stone that we were looking for and kept coming up... read more short. I stressed this with my contractor working on my home and he referred us to Excellence and we couldn't have been happier listening to him. After speaking with Li the first time she really listened to our need and wants 100%. The same day after talking to her she reached out with the exact stone which we couldn’t find anywhere so right away we realized we may have found our company. They were so quick with scheduling to get in the house as well as the arrival of the stone from the supplier after the were done measuring. It took less than a month when we were hearing much longer for other companies. Carlos and Jackie were so great with the end of the process. Jackie was so quick to answer when we needed as well as being upfront and helping us in any way. Carlos and his install team we so efficient. The work they did came out so beautiful and we couldn’t have been happier. All in all if you are looking for a company to redo your counter tops I wouldn’t hesitate in the slightest when going with these guys. They have my future business and my word of mouth going forward.
